Escape to our beautiful bohemian retreat. This sanctuary is the ideal place to unwind from your connected life. Enjoy days and nights swimming in our indoor pool, or finish the day in the sauna or jacuzzi. Minutes to bay beaches, quaint restaurants, Sag Harbor village, and vineyards. 

Guests have access to the entire house including 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances, an airy dining room with a beautiful rectangular handcrafted wood tabletop, and cozy living room with electric fireplace. Both the master bedroom, and guest room are bright, yet brings a restful sleep, and sleeps (2) per room. You can request for the indoor pool to be heated for a separate charge per night, Sauna is heated and attached to the house. Research has indicated that saunas are a confirmed preventative measure against COVID!

We are located next door to one of the most delicious restaurants in Sag Harbor: a local favorite restaurant. A short drive will get you to ocean beaches, Sag Harbor Village, pumpkin picking & the Vineyards, Christmas tree lighting and shopping are all convenient.

Guests have access to the main house.

We are available and hands on for when you need us. We are only a short call and ride away. We want to make sure your stay is a comfortable and quality one!

Sag Harbor is a beautiful year round community. Summers offer the best swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, clamming & the best sunsets on the East End.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
